Main Ingredients

  • ground beef
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • refrigerated biscuit dough
  • melted butter
  • chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the beef mixture, and cook until browned. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center. Fold the edges over the filling, pinching them together to seal completely.
  • Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix melted butter with parsley and brush over each bomb. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
