Steps
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Combine the beef, mozzarella, half the parmesan, and garlic in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out and flatten the biscuit dough.
Fill each dough with the beef mixture and seal the edges.
Melt butter and mix with remaining parmesan. Brush the tops of the bombs.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
