  • parmesan cheese
  • garlic
  • butter
  • refrigerated biscuit dough
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Combine the beef, mozzarella, half the parmesan, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out and flatten the biscuit dough.
  • Fill each dough with the beef mixture and seal the edges.
  • Melt butter and mix with remaining parmesan. Brush the tops of the bombs.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
