Steps
Gather and prepare your ingredients, ensuring everything is within reach.
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the onions and garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain excess fat and stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
Boil elbow macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
