Instructions
Steps
Start by warming a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it up and cook until browned all over.
In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion turns translucent.
Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to sauté.
Sprinkle flour over the cooked vegetables and stir well to combine. Pour in the beef broth.
Return the browned beef to the skillet and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
Lower the heat and gently fold in the sour cream, stirring carefully.
Taste the stroganoff and adjust seasoning. Serve over egg noodles, garnished with parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days or freeze for up to three months.
