Steps
Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, and slicing the mushrooms.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sauté until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
Sprinkle with flour, stir, then gradually add beef broth. Whisk until smooth and bring to a simmer to thicken.
Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet, combine well with the sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container. Reheat gently over low heat, adding broth if necessary.
