Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add and cook ground beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add butter to the skillet. Sauté diced onions until soft. Add minced garlic and cook until aromatic.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they're golden brown.
Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mix. Add beef broth slowly while stirring constantly.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and return browned beef to skillet. Simmer on low heat with sour cream without bringing to boil.
Boil egg noodles as per package instructions.
Serve beef mixture over noodles and enjoy!
Notes
For variety, use a mix of wild mushrooms or substitute egg noodles with mashed potatoes.
