In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and egg. Mix well to integrate all ingredients into a homogenous mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken mixture on the paper and shape it into a round crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until it starts to brown.
Add your favorite pizza toppings, then bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the toppings are heated and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Warm up before serving again.
