  • Wash the bell peppers, slice off the tops, and remove seeds.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  • Mix in cooked quinoa, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill peppers with turkey mix and top with tomato sauce.
  • Place peppers in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
