Steps
Wash the bell peppers, slice off the tops, and remove seeds.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned.
Mix in cooked quinoa, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill peppers with turkey mix and top with tomato sauce.
Place peppers in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
