Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, drain the fat.
  • Add chopped onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until veggies are tender.
  • Stir in drained tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a casserole dish, combine the beef mixture with uncooked pasta.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and pasta is tender.
