Steps
Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Crack an egg into a bowl and whisk together with minced garlic until smooth.
Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then press into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Place the coated chicken on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
Notes
For best results, don't skip patting the chicken dry. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days, or freeze for up to one month.
