Steps

  • Prepare the beef by slicing into thin strips and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  • Add mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until browned and tender.
  • Add beef strips, cooking until browned on all sides.
  • Remove beef and vegetables, deglaze skillet with beef broth, and stir in flour.
  • Return beef and vegetables to skillet, stir in sour cream, and simmer until heated through.
  • Serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
