This homemade cheeseburger pie brings the flavors of your favorite cheeseburger into a comforting, easy-to-make pie. Perfect for family meals or gatherings!
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brown the ground beef in a frying pan over medium-high heat, adding salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl, draining excess fat.
Sauté chopped onions in the same pan until soft. Add back the beef, and combine.
Spread the beef mixture into a pie dish, and layer with shredded cheese.
Mix biscuit mix, milk, and eggs. Pour over the beef mixture.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
