Steps
Begin by patting your chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil, and once hot, sear the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side.
