Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pate the wings dry, and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, pepper, and salt. Toss to coat.
Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, turning halfway.
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, sugar, vinegar, and garlic. Simmer and thicken with cornstarch mix.
Once baked, coat wings in the prepared sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat at 350°F for freshness.
