Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pate the wings dry, and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, pepper, and salt. Toss to coat.
  • Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, turning halfway.
  • In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, sugar, vinegar, and garlic. Simmer and thicken with cornstarch mix.
  • Once baked, coat wings in the prepared sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

Notes
