  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Whisk together until they are well blended.
  • Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Use tongs to transfer shrimp from the marinade to the hot skillet. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Pour remaining marinade into the skillet. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer cooked shrimp to a serving platter. Drizzle reduced marinade over the shrimp and garnish with green onions.

Notes
