Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix keto-friendly
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry and season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté, brown the chicken thighs in olive oil until golden.
  • Mix ranch seasoning, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, seal the lid, and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
  • Release pressure, stir in butter, and let melt into the sauce.
  • Garnish and serve hot with your favorite keto side.

This dish can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for several months. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
