  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  • Slice the red and green bell peppers and the onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic and ginger finely.
  • Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring continuously.
  • Increase the heat to high, add the marinated steak slices in a single layer, and sear them quickly.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and add the sliced vegetables. Stir-fry them until slightly tender yet still crisp.
  • Return the steak to the skillet, add the beef broth, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything well to combine and simmer.
