Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch.
Slice the red and green bell peppers and the onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic and ginger finely.
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring continuously.
Increase the heat to high, add the marinated steak slices in a single layer, and sear them quickly.
Remove the steak from the skillet and add the sliced vegetables. Stir-fry them until slightly tender yet still crisp.
Return the steak to the skillet, add the beef broth, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything well to combine and simmer.
