  • Prepare the beef by slicing it thinly against the grain, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • In a large pan over medium-high heat, sear the beef slices until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the same pan. Sauté until mushrooms release their moisture and onions become translucent.
  • Add beef broth and let simmer. Stir in sour cream, mustard, and Worcestershire until sauce is smooth.
  • Return beef to the pan. Simmer until beef is cooked through and flavors are combined, around 5 minutes.
