In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C).
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Baste both sides of the chicken with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Store any leftover BBQ chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
