Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
Drain excess fat from the skillet.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
Pour the custard mixture over the beef layer and sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
