Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a large saucepan. Drain excess fat.
  • In the same saucepan, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Add diced onions and garlic to the pan, sauté until onions are translucent.
  • Return beef to saucepan, add beef broth, and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and chopped pickles until melted and combined.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with garnish of choice.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently on the stovetop.
