Instructions
Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a large saucepan. Drain excess fat.
In the same saucepan, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add diced onions and garlic to the pan, sauté until onions are translucent.
Return beef to saucepan, add beef broth, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and chopped pickles until melted and combined.
Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with garnish of choice.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently on the stovetop.
