  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients: dice the onion, slice the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
  • Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, cover and cook until cheese is melted.
