Instructions
Prepare your ingredients: dice the onion, slice the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Top with mozzarella cheese, cover and cook until cheese is melted.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
