Instructions
Slice the beef, bell peppers, and onion; mince the garlic and set aside.
Heat the skillet, add olive oil, and allow it to sizzle.
Add beef strips to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and cook until browned.
Remove beef, sauté garlic, onions, and peppers until soft.
Return beef to skillet, add soy sauce, paprika, stir and serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcooking the beef. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days max.
