Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the baking dish with olive oil.
  • Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until lightly golden.
  • Arrange seasoned chicken in the baking dish, pour garlic and oil over, add heavy cream, and top with parmesan.
  • Garnish with parsley and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with extra cream if needed for moisture.
