Instructions
Whisk Greek yogurt, harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Pour the marinade over chicken thighs in a baking dish, and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) while removing chicken from the fridge to rest at room temperature.
Bake chicken thighs for 35-40 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
