Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 cup green olives pitted
  • 2 cups beef broth low sodium
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil until golden.
  • Brown the stew meat in the pot.
  • Add tomato paste and beef broth along with olives.
  • Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
