Instructions
Mix almond flour, melted butter, and erythritol to make crust. Press into pan and chill.
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and erythritol until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour onto crust.
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes; cool then chill in refrigerator.
Arrange sliced strawberries on top before serving.
