Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp erythritol for crust
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup erythritol for filling

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, melted butter, and erythritol to make crust. Press into pan and chill.
  • Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and erythritol until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour onto crust.
  • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes; cool then chill in refrigerator.
  • Arrange sliced strawberries on top before serving.

Notes

Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months for easy, make-ahead dessert.
