  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until well combined.
  • Add cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the eggs, mixing thoroughly.
  • Grease a baking dish and layer zucchini slices evenly.
  • Pour the egg mixture over zucchini and sprinkle with onions.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
