Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your ingredients.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, egg, Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.
Simmer the remaining BBQ sauce with sesame seeds and green onions.
Coat baked meatballs in the sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot.
