Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, egg, Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Simmer the remaining BBQ sauce with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Coat baked meatballs in the sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot.
