Steps
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in minced garlic and diced onion. Cook until onions are translucent, about 2 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over beef mixture.
