Steps

  • Heat your sauté pan over medium heat. Add ground beef. Sprinkle with spices. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Sauté until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
  • Add cauliflower rice to the pan. Stir occasionally. Cook for 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly tender.
  • Assemble the bowl: start with cauliflower rice, top with beef, vegetables, cheese, and avocado.
