Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is browned and onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix the beef mixture with corn and cream of mushroom soup in a casserole dish. Stir well.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture, then layer the tater tots on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
