Steps
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain fat, add marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, blend cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Layer the baking dish with half of the spaghetti, spread cheese mixture, then meat sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to preserve the texture.
