Steps

  • Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, water, Hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
  • Toss baked meatballs in the prepared sauce and serve garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
