Steps
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Shape the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
In a saucepan, prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, water, Hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
Toss baked meatballs in the prepared sauce and serve garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
