Steps
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Once boiling, add egg noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the same saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium-high. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart. Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until sugar dissolves.
Reduce heat to low, pour sauce into the beef, and stir to coat. Add noodles, mix well, and top with green onions.
Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with more green onions or sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of beef broth for moisture preservation.
