Steps
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking it until browned and no pink remains.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and water in a bowl, then pour over the beef. Stir well.
Combine cornstarch with a bit of water, mix into the beef to thicken the sauce.
Add noodles to the skillet, stirring until fully coated with beef and sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot.
