Steps

  • Prepare the ingredients by dicing the potatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
  • Push the onions aside and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Add the diced potatoes to the pan, sprinkle in salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in the beef broth, reduce the heat and cover the pan. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
