Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.

  • Stir in flour, then gradually add beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in sour cream and mustard. Return beef to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
