Steps
Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a skillet and sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and brown.
Push vegetables aside and brown steak in skillet.
