  • beef broth
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • garlic
  • grated ginger
  • baby spinach
  • green onions
  • boiled egg

Steps

  • Slice the beef thinly and season it with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Bring a saucepan of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce along with green onions. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and spinach, stir until the spinach wilts.
