Steps
Slice the beef thinly and season it with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Bring a saucepan of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce along with green onions. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the noodles and spinach, stir until the spinach wilts.
Transfer to serving bowls, top with boiled egg halves and extra green onions.
Notes
