Steps
Prepare all your ingredients: slice the onion, bell peppers, and mince the garlic. Ensure the chicken is at room temperature.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell peppers, sauté for 5 minutes until they soften.
Move vegetables to the skillet's side. Add chicken breasts, season with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Brown each side for 5-6 minutes.
