  • beef chuck roast
  • soy sauce
  • brown sugar
  • water
  • sesame oil
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • green onions
  • cooked noodles
  • sesame seeds

  • Cut the beef into 2-inch cubes and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  • Place beef chunks in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over it. Scatter green onions on top.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  • Cook your noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Shred beef with a fork and stir in the noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
