Steps
Cut the beef into 2-inch cubes and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Place beef chunks in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over it. Scatter green onions on top.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
