Steps
Rinse chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, marinate chicken wings with buttermilk in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture; double coat for extra crunch, if desired.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the chicken wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes
