  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth. Add beef strips and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry until tender.
  • Push vegetables to one side of the wok. Add marinated beef strips and stir-fry them until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir the cooked noodles into the wok, mixing with beef and vegetables. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of black pepper.

Notes

If freezing, ensure the noodles are reheated with a splash of water or broth for moisture. It's best enjoyed fresh, so aim to store and consume within 3 days when refrigerated.
