Steps
Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning mix with 1/4 cup water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Gently heat nacho cheese sauce until smooth and warmed.
Layer tortilla with rice, seasoned beef, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, and veggies.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
Warm finished burritos in microwave (30-60 seconds) or oven (350°F for 5-10 minutes).
