Instructions
Steps
Dust beef cubes with flour to coat them evenly.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add beef, and brown it on all sides.
Add garlic and onion to the same pot and sauté until translucent.
Pour in red wine to deglaze the pot, then add tomato paste and broth.
Return beef to the pot and add vegetables and herbs.

Notes
