Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined baking pan to form the crust.
  • Blend Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour filling over crust, spreading evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center slightly jiggles.
  • Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
