Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined baking pan to form the crust.
Blend Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Pour filling over crust, spreading evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center slightly jiggles.
Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
